Měděnec

The town was fonded in 16th centura as minning town. In the neighbourhood there are situated deposit of pyrit, chalkopyrit and agate.On the east side of the town you can see the natural-made monument called Sfinga. There are Malachyt cave and chapel on the top of hill Měděnecká Hůrka.
